The app is clunky and unintuitive. I'm forced to use it for work and going in and out of service areas creates serious functionality issues. I'm told it's because it's an Android phone, but you shouldn't have to have a near 1000$ iPhone to send in PODs for work. Also forcing people to download a location tracking app on their phone is ethically questionable, wouldn't be so bad if I cannot currently get the app to go off duty.

My understanding is you want to remove active deliveries from the list. Currently, this is a function reserved for the dispatcher. I see how this can be frustrating for you.
