App should allow creation of templates for repeat expenses. The Map used for mileage tracking is terrible. You can drag and drop the route but not the destination. Why? Searching addresses, (or even building names) in other countries is near impossible. There does not seem to be any effort to improve the apps user experience.

Frustrating! Since the update, every receipt I enter is being identified as a 'credit card' receipt (which they are not) and consequently, I cannot add them to any claim! There is no longer any check box to determine whether the receipt is a credit card receipt or not. Annoyed now as have a lot of expenses to claim and cannot do so.

The login process is frustrating and poorly designed. It forces you to download the app from mobile with no option to continue on the web. Then it asks you to link your account using a QR code or PIN, which requires logging in via a PC — but that’s not possible on mobile. This creates a pointless loop and assumes everyone has a laptop. A simple login option in the app or mobile browser should be available. The current setup is inconvenient and outdated.
