Can't even login. Says my credentials are invalid, but when I hit "create account" it takes me to the website and says "successful please login." Wasn't able to use the kiosk either. Kept saying invalid credentials. Gun shop employee said it was a common issue and to try again in a few days. So much for being faster and easier

Customer service, app and website are always down no one knows how to help me. It took 3 months to ship my silencer and even longer to get my paperwork accepted. I have a trust already done and it should have been super easy. But it's been the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Total garbage. Still don't have my stuff finished. Their desktop website is even worse. Go to add/update anything. Forget about i . Nothing on the site let's you upload anything for responsible persons. Not helpful

Con: i could not figger out how to update my information since it didnt show the update button as on the website on the computer or buy the silencer. i think i might get charged 4x as it does not confirm you bought it or take you back to the start page or ask if you want to buy another. then i had to drive back another 20 miles back home after wasting 1.5 hours trying to do this on the app. it was like going through TSA lines. pro: you save $16 dollars on the photo.
