I did the Android update on my phone and then my app wouldn't work. Have been trying for the last 4 days now to do the app update and still nothing. I even uninstalled it to try to reinstall and now absolutely nothing is happening. Just a message that the app is waiting to update. I've called the customer service line and they were no help. I told them every thg ring I had done and all they had me do was do the same steps over again.

After the update, they've completely screwed me and my family over. We can access any of our accounts and its definitely the accounts. Money is now getting pulled out of my account randomly and I cant track or access anything at all. Please, before you launch an update, perfect it before you screw anyone else over again. Especially when it's been going for a week with no change.

Newest update has caused an internal error for android users. This happens every single time. I wish they would get this sorted out before rolling out new updates though, because it is a colossal inconvenience. Edit: Has anyone even heard from the developer? App has been broken for pushing towards a month here real soon. Any fix in site???
