I can't rate this app because it won't allow me to login to my account. It says, "The Credit Union is experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later or call the credit union for assistance." I called the credit union and they said their systems, both online and mobile, were functioning properly. I have a Samsung GS7 running Oreo and I have downloaded app version 4.2.87. I would love to use this app., especially the mobile deposit feature. Any suggestions? Unfortunately I have to give a rating to submit , but hopefully I be able to change it by resolving the issue. I have been a member for many years, and still feel their service is outstanding. 05/2020 - (UPDATE) About 3 months ago the POPA representative and thier mobile IT department figured out the issue. Since then I have loved the app and enjoyed the convenience of mobile banking. I am upgrading the app to 5 stars.

App. Would be great if we were able to add our accounts to mobile pay accounts such as Samsung pay. Another feature that would be great, is being able to view multiple accounts at once, as other banks allow you too. Slowly popa is catching up with the times!

Great App, easy to use. Only thing missing is Mobile Banking ability with Android/Samsung Pay. When? UPDATE: 06232020 I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING FOR POPAFCU TO ALLOW FOR PAY BY PHONE ACCESS VIA APPLEPAY/SAMSUNG PAY/GOOGLEPAY FOR AT LEAST 4 YEARS AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I BELIEVE IT IS MORE IMPORTANT NOW WITH ALL THE ANTI-POLICE SENTIMENT WHERE PEOPLE HAVE HAD SPURRIOUS ITEMS THROWN INTO THEIR FOOD AND DRINKS SIMPLY BECAUSE OF PAYING WITH AN ATM CARD THAT IDENTIFIES THE BANK AS ASSOCIATED WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT. WHAT IS THE SITUATION THAT IT CAN'T OR HASN'T BEEN DONE YET. ALL THE POPULAR BANKS AND HUNDREDS OF CREDIT UNIONS ARE ALREADY ALLOWING THIS TYPE OF PAYMENT. IT IS VERY SECURE. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER??
