There is still a problem when making a payment after it's made it goes back to make a payment and when you select submit it says you are making a payment on the same day. Your first payment that you make it should go to complete message and a thank you and end instead of going to a make payment again.

The new update sucks! It tells me my password is wrong so I click to "retrieve my password". It only gives me the option to reset my password! OK then. I answer my 3 security questions correctly which then takes me to the screen to changey password. First thing it asks me is for MY OLD PASSWORD THAT YOU SAID WOULDNT WORK! I need that to be correct to changey password? I'm no Colombo so how is that supposed to work?

SPS is the worst company i ever dealt with, in my opinion. Their app makes me want to rip my hair out every month or two with the ridiculously insane verification process they force you to do with an 8 digit code they email you then re enter my password that I can't remember because I've had to force to change it over and over. And you can't use a older password again. I make the loan payments for my mother and now I can't make anymore payments online. Only company that does this insanity!
