App is not so user friendly , other apps offer chat based customer service which is missing , I had added items in the cart , but when I click continue , Delivery/ Self pickup window is just blank ,no way to place order , doesn't seem to tell what's the issue either, over all design can better, compared to other grocerry delivery apps , please spend some money on the design and infrastructure.

Navigation within the app can be improved. You must ensure that the items packed are in good condition at the time of packing and when delivered. We have had bad experiences with mangoes and sweet potatoes.

It is a very good online shopping app with the very well packed delivery They are so concerned about the costumers that if u complain about any of ur things, they would always look for it and we'll get the immediate call or message.
