About this app

Blue Dot allows you to control your Raspberry Pi projects wirelessly - its a bluetooth remote and zero boiler plate (super simple to use :) Python library.

Install and usage is really simple:

1. Download the Blue Dot app
2. Pair your Raspberry Pi
3. Install the Python library
4. Write some code:

from bluedot import BlueDot
bd = BlueDot()
bd.wait_for_press()
print("You pressed the blue dot!")

5. Press the Blue Dot

Very nice. Cold be useful a panel in the app with the preferred device. in my startup screen there are 20+ devices :-) On android 12 if you dont use the app for a while the "dot" became unresponsive . if You touch the "dot" it get back to life after 2/3 seconds

This is definitely the easiest way to remotely control your Raspberry Pi. As a novice Python user, this made what I wanted to achieve so much easier.

I'm using the 10-button version to control the rpy controlling my model train locomotive. It would be nice if I could label the buttons.
