SATUSEHAT Mobile is a form of our commitment to provide the best health services and information for all Indonesian people. Various features are present in this application to make it easier for people to be healthier. Some of our flagship features are:

Prevention of Covid-19 spread:
- Vaccination status (Screening)
- Tracking
- Warning and Fencing

Health services:
- Get official health service information from the Ministry of Health.

Electronic Medical Records:
- Enjoy integrated health services. Get treatment at different health facilities more efficiently.

Ratings and reviews

App does not provide a language selection as a first step. Consequently it's difficult to get started if you don't speak Indonesian. Data entry is relatively easy, however the app leaves you guessing if your data was successfully uploaded or not. There are links to open a support ticket, however the Helpdesk will close your ticket without answering or solving the problem. After receiving no response for several days, I tried clearing cache, data and reinstalling. App doesn't run now!

Wow, actual improvement. Previously, the app requires access to GPS at all times. Now, it only requires location permission while the app is at the foreground. Great! New UI can be a bit jarring for users of the older version, but to me, the app seems more responsive and less stalling than before. Access to vaccination records are also simplified. Great work!

This app is a complete failure. Logging in with phone number and email never works because it keeps asking for a PIN and always says it is wrong. When I try Forgot PIN and enter the OTP sent to my WhatsApp and email which is correct it still says the OTP is invalid. Is this app broken or is it intentionally designed so users cannot access it?
