I was hoping I could do it on my computer, but it is only iphone or android friendly

I am a foster parent and I like the concept but there are things that would be a benefit to foster parents but in some of these businesses in order to get the benefit you have to use there service and I don't particularly agree with this. My understanding was that people were donating these things to help foster parents not as an advertisement for there business.

We apologize for this confusion! Some businesses go the extra mile by offering services free of charge, but this is not the case for every business. Our staff and business ambassador volunteers vet each business in the app to ensure that they offer special discounts for foster parents and families.

When creating a new account, it said it's not available in all states, only a select few.
