I have been ordering for about 8 months now . The quality of the product are the best you can get reasonable priced and very fast delivery i receive order in 3 to 4 days in standard shipping. The customer service is good response in time. I had a payment related issue recently but solved with in 12 hours . Till date the product I have order I had no issues. the only downside is the app the app is very slow and the search algorithm they use thakes 4 sec to show results and there are a few bugs .

Type of products and time of delivery is excellent but the delivery service by bluedart is the worst. I faced worst experience today. Everytime I used to take less than 20 min. Because of some busy in college, the delivery boy went by the time I went and just arguing very arrogantly. Better create something in app only to review about the delivery and returning back items and so on . Only in that way app and your delivery services needs some improvement. But remaining are soo good. Thank you

Despite ordering on the 9th, I haven’t received my item. Robu’s not worthy; try another site. They even asked for a review! 😅 Additionally, their coordination with courier services, specifically Blue Dart, has been lacking, further delaying deliveries. Unfortunately, Blue Dart’s contact number is not working, adding to the frustration. 😭
