The issue of card info not remaining in the app. isnt an issue anymore. my previous statement of it not was an old concern. I just updated the rating 'but forgot to erase the comment' of that. This already updated version of the app. is ok. but I like previous versions which had many convenient features and its on screen layout of the app. this layout is good to.

after i changed phones which was an identical andrioid i attempted over 20 times to recieve email verifications to activate the app, never got an email verication code after 20 tries and uninstalling and reinstalling the app and settings in my phone and nothing worked. my previous phone which i stated was identical had no problem with the myaccount app. ive tried customer service several times and they were clueless, im thinking about moving on to a new carrier iun the comming months .

After I have paid my bill, my phone was deactivated 3months in a row. Once I was out of town and I was unable to call for transportation. I just paid my bill again and now my phone is off!!!! Customer service is not 24 hours and so now my daughter is in labor and I can't talk to her because my phone is off and I just paid my phone bill. How am I supposed to know when my grandchild is born? My daughter is 40 miles away in labor and unable to talk to her mother. Can I be compensated
