Worked great until I bought the lifetime membership. Now it doesn't translate at all. Every attempt at translation gives a blank box. No easy way to reach support. Feeling like there was a bait and switch. If the developer or support team see this review, I will delete and post again after this issue is fixed. I loved the app until it stopped working.

I purchase the premium package for this app for one year but when I had to do a factory reset on my phone the app won't let me use the premium features anymore. Its like I have the free version. When I go to downloaded or to check it it says that I've already purchased it but I'm just left on stuck. I contacted Tech Support about this issue days ago. I'm disappointed

Translate everything that shows on your screen except pics. But Recently I have problem with it, it's Not Translating anything on my screen I tried but it gives me (No Result) and I'm sure that it's Not because of my Data or Permissions. beside that I didn't use the purchase for unlimited translations services, so hope you guys fix this on free trial and for thousands and more of users. Edit: after changing my phone it's back to work properly.
