Nothing but problems. Yesterday I used my debit card to put $15 on my account on this app. It was debited from my bank account right away, but the app still says I only have a balance of $0.05! It seems they stole my money. Where did it go?? I tried to contact Automatic Laundry and they haven't responded, of course. I cant say one good thing about their machines, customer service, or their app. Horrible company!!!

The setup process could be a little more intuitive and user friendly. The option to use Bluetooth or NFC should be available. However, I know the machines are bluetooth only? When I moved into my apartment, they gave me a card and it had $2 on it. When I added the card to my app, shouldn't it have picked up the balance and added it to the app? I don't see any way to contact support or a FAQ.

Takes ages to connect to a washer or dryer, if it connects at all. On multiple occasions I have to try several times to connect to a machine. Most recently it has connected to the nearby machine instead of the one I chose, taken my money only to disconnect to a machine and not reconnect, and made me wait ten minutes to connect to a machine. I have a good WiFi connection and decent cell service as well. This is by far the worst laundry app I've been forced to use.
