Ratings and reviews

It's a good way to buy bus tickets if you don't have change, but some of the fare boxes won't correctly scans your ticket. A few bus drivers almost put me off the bus because my ticket didnt correctly scan. Took over 3 attempts to get it to work. I contacted Mata, however, like every typical customer service I come across, they claim there's nothing wrong on their end. If you plan on using this app, keep in mind theres a small chance this might happen to you.

App steals bus tokens if transferring to another phone. I'm in remission and on a budget. Called the apps tech support. Even though the lady was very nice and seemed to care, my situation with app remained. No refund. No replacement. No cracks, no breaks, no mistakes. App needs updating to accommodate how people use it. App like an out of date first run computer that gets hot when it's plugged in to long time. Even though I care about the trees, I'm going back to paper bus passes. App sucks.

The app works fine the problem is the bus does not come half the time. Or does not scan so you better have data because guess what? The bus wifi does not work half the time or getting the i agree page to come up. Also if you can't get it to scan some bus drivers get an attitude like your trying to scam them even though the show bus driver button uses the ticket up.😑
