I was going to leave a thorough review but it looks like other 1 star reviews capture my points. Can't make a reservation using voucher. Same generic error message for absolutely everything asking you to call. But you better have hours to spend waiting on eternal hold to get through. Wish I'd never transferred chase points to this joke of a carrier, and I've yet to set foot on one of their aircraft.

Error is their favorite word. No matter what I try to do on the app, the response is "due to error." It states you can continue as a guest. Why would I want to do that when I have already saved all my information on the app. Also, if I enter as a guest, it isn't going to generate my boarding pass. I made sure to get to the airport with ample time to spare to make sure everything was taken care of.

Take a screenshot of your boarding pass, because this app can literally log you out at the worst possible time. The boarding pass was up working on the app 1 minute before the security agent, then right as I turned my phone back on to hand to security agent, the boarding pass was gone and the app was asking for my name and confirmation number again. Take a screenshot just in case!!
