Marginal at best, same as website. MVC seems to want to drive you to chat and phone calls. Site and app not optimized to support what most members want to do, i.e., make/cancel reservations, view points needed for resorts without having to use the search function, and view balances. Most of this is there except the points for resorts, but buried under multiple layers. Also, the computers driving it seem underpowered, delays and errors. Hope it gets better.

Absolutely worthless. I have never been able to do anything more than view properties. When I access my vacation, look at the activities at my resort, every day is blank. I don't know if the individual resorts are to blame for the lack of info here, and if not, who is? They could say least load the owner info sheet you get when you check in. This app serves no purpose other than to take up another spot on my home screen. Uninstalling today will take care of that.

App is useless. If you want to book a vacation, you go to ownership and click visit website, which takes you to a browser. This defeats the purpose of the app. Also, regardless of booking a vacation, the overall layout of app doesn't make sense. The app should be seamless with the webpage, it is far more confusing than the webpage. I would rather log in to the website than use this app. Hopefully they fix it soon alone with abound that they been promising since earlier this year.
