one of the worst apps to use. literally have to re-enter all the info with the bot everytime i make an appointment, so painful... plus the end chat button is right where you'd expect the enter button to be, nope you use the return on your keypad to enter (too bad if you wanted to start a new line in the chat). not user friendly.

I couldn't find the app on the phone for almost a week. the app states it's called Telus health one... but when you look in the phone. it's just labelled as "one". please be consistent with the naming of the app

there is not enough time to craft longer responses without being kicked out of chat which defeats the purpose of seeking help through the app. it's more frustrating than it's worth.
