I used to use the app to pay my bill. Unforunately, for over a year now, i have not been able to do that. When i get to the portion where i need to choose a payment method, no payment option is available to click on. Nothing shows up in that area, its literally a small blank space. Since i have been unable to make my payment through the app, i have deleted it and just been making my payment through the website. Im not sure why this has happend, just one day i logged in and that was a issue.

I like the app fine, but the efficiency it creates doesn't translate in overhead reduction. The account management fee on my last bill was $16.85 on $44.43 in direct charges for 1,000 gallons. If overhead was managed on activity based costing, it comes to 37.9%. That's ridiculous. Imagine the manpower this app saves WSSC.

It's hard to pay the amount that you want to pay on the bill it will only let you pay the amount they want you to pay and then it'll be easier if you can sign up for financial assistance on the app been having to apply through a third party .
