Great when it's setup correctly, have used the past few years! This year, I realized I can't report Incorrect Bus Stop at all, it keeps saying "Select a Stop" and I already selected Student, AM/PM, and can't do anything on the map other than zoom around, it doesn't click anything. It's been 2 weeks and hasn't updated our address or emailed. Have to contact offices. 😕

I have asked for weeks through the app's email support that a simple change to my child's bus number is made. The app is following the wrong bus number, so without a simple change, we aren't able to know when the bus is arriving. What good is this app if it's set on the wrong bus for weeks and despite requests, the change is never made. This app deserves less than one star. 80% of the time, it's unusable.

When it works, it works great. When it doesn't, possibly say goodbye for the year. Also, if I click on the notification (id has been received), the app never opens properly. I have to dismiss the notification and open the app elsewhere on my phone. Most of the time, it works well.
