We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Ziply Fiber app, created to deliver refreshingly great customer service right to your pocket.

All your Ziply Fiber account management tools have been refined and are now accessible in one spot: view and pay your bill, set up autopay and paperless billing, manage your account and profile information, and access professional support via live chat.



Security: You can now manage almost all your personal account details in the app via 2-factor authentication.

Consistency: Expect to see very similar design and tools on the web-based version of MyAccount as we work to adapt to the device you’re using.

Flexibility: We’re now able to make more frequent updates to the app based on metrics and feedback. Keep the feedback coming; we’re listening.



Future enhancements may include: troubleshooting your service, upgrading your speed, managing and monitoring your router.



Please note:

We will be retiring the legacy MyZiply app in early 2024, but will continue to support both apps until that time.

If you want to modify any account settings in both the Ziply Fiber app and the MyZiply app, please give us a call at 1.888.947.5995 so we can ensure we have the most updated information.

Forgot password, they say they emailed me a link to reset password. It didn't happen, I was completely stuck, tried multiple times. No customer service agent available. Did the phone automated bill pay, didn't want to, because they (a third party) charge $3.50 to process payment. Just a long frustrating experience. I would have gave a 3 but I don't think the issue warrants a negative impact on your ratings from reviews. When I have talked to a person I am beyond satisfied every time.

I'm not sure who's bright idea it was to get rid of the old app and replace it with this one. But they absolutely need to be let go. This is a HORRIBLE APP! I went to pay my normal 70 dollar bill like I have for years. Except there app is glitch and freakn retarded an now I paid them 200 bucks and it's gonna take them 7 To 10 dAyS tO rEfUnD mY aCoUnT. This is a hot steaming pile of dog 💩.

I do not like this new version of this app. I log in with my username and password and when I go to look at my billing it tells me I need to link an account. I only have this account that I log into with this username password. What else does it need? I want the old app back.
