Service customizations, current cellular data usage statistics, topping up credit and other purchases cannot be done within the My O2 app itself-it always points to web links for use with a web browser which requires extra authentication again. It also lacks single account credentials use for Home internet & Datamania at the same time-two accounts. In short it even lacks its basic functionality. Now, what's the point of the application if it redirects you to a web browser if you need anything?

Update: Now the page works, but shows the same remaining data and minutes, every time I check, although I consumed it almost. Since the interface changed, I can no longer see the current status of my prepaid SIM data and minutes. Everytime I press to check, WE APOLOGIZE, THE LINK TO THE PAGE IS NOT WORKING. What kind of service is this? I am gonna give it one more week, if still garbage, I will forget about o2 and move to another carrier.

it has some weird bugs like I did not get my warnings that I had X% of my data used but otherwise very easy to use so it's great I'm sure once those bugs will be resolved I will update it to 5*
