I've just buy the activated code for this app, the app itself is great, however i would like to request a refund due to it's not reading my phone nor the bootloader in my phone, the worst case scenario, I've spent 2 days without nothing.. Kindly please process for the refund for my application.

huawei Ascend mate 2 unlocked that really surprised me its not the app that does it. you purchase an account safely with them $5. and you do the rest online with videos and step by step instructions. took 2 whole days and nights wasted trying to find an unlock and this just took 20min and 5 bucks.

I tried every instructions stated in the app on my computer,,, all failed to unlock my mediapad 5 even though the app says it support my device. I don't know how to reach the developer, I want a refund for the purchase since it didn't work at all.
