Comparing to similar apps in other countries, this one is 3-5 times more expensive, subscription doesn't bring you any benefits (credit checks, moving services, ect.), and most importantly, the app just doesn't work the way it should! It doesn't load, it crashes, logs you out; you can't open map when looking at an apartment listing; it won't let you copy the description, etc. Looking at the list of updates, the developer doesn't seem to care anyway

scammers you can't contact the owner directly. the phone number is only available paying a full month subscription which is a lot of money. I seriously suspect they’re creating fake listings to attract people who are in urgent need of housing and get them to pay for a subscription — even just the 24-hour one — so they can make more money. It’s happened to me several times: I reach out to tenants or landlords and never get any reply. and it turns out they never got it.

most mediocre app for looking apartments ive ever seen. Bad filters (extremely bad), tricky subscriptions (I know many do, but that doesn't make it acceptable under any circumstances) I cannot believe this is the most used portal for looking apartments, Maybe this is the why of the housing problems in this country (joking, but still too mediocre to be the most used app)
