They come continuously when you update your app. Later, online banking and mobile banking will be combined, so that you can experience the same personal content and the same functions, regardless of whether you log in via computer, phone or tablet. Since I am limited only to 500 characters, I will conclude in a single word: embarrassing! Never in my life I have seen such a poor performance of a product. Any product. The amount of errors upon logging-in or using its features is overwhelming. Clearly the app is full of bugs and cannot handle normal user traffic. Too many users- and it crashes. Seriously it is embarrassing.

In the old version, the transactions in the accounts page had a very nice table stucture with nice color scheme where you could see almost a whole month in one look. Now the UI looks very rushed, where everything is so separated that you can only see a few entries at a time without scrolling. In the old version you could distinguish each month clearly, now each entry looks independent from others, you cant really tell where or when a entry belongs to. Harder user experience in this regard

Hello Khaan, thanks for sending us feedback. I get your points about general overview and the seperations between entries, but right now we won’t be changing this. Absolutely disastrous! Cannot login properly: fingerprint won't work, cannot type my PIN code, and the app keeps warning me, that I'm logged out. Moreover, the app is awfully structured, I cannot get a proper overview of accounts, and the pay functionality is counterintuitive. Worst app upgrade ever!
