Why updating an otherwise quite good app! It is now quite confusional. The sector 'at a glance' shows nothing! the sector 'view my bill' shows apparently the bill that needs to be paid! next step is going to 'online payment ' which is still 0, so it has to be MANUALLY amended 🤦! Even after that and payment is done and processed the paid bill still showing rather than be marked as paid! Had to call the customer service to actually confirm that my bill was paid! Such a pity!

Disappointing overall experience. The app almost NEVER works, bills are sometimes invalid. I'm trying for a week now to login and pay, and it doesn't work, neither on the app, nor on the desktop.

Very easy to use. Well designed. One issue with PIN and fingerprint authentication though. App version 1.48 installed on OnePlus 12. PIN and fingerprint are set, but whenever the app starts it automatically shows the main screen without the need of either credential. It used to work fine on Huawei P30 four weeks ago. Haven't tested it anywhere else. Already cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted device. Still not working. A bug? Other apps with similar functionality work fine.
