Some feedback from a loyal BC member... thank you! 1. Bit confusing after entering the discount code and not sure if its not valid for that particular movie or if i pick the wrong payment method. 2. Like the "my movie" feature but can it be sorted by the latest month...? 3. Hope theres an easier way to find the tics info i bought, esp the qr code with house and seat info. 4. When i browse by cinema, cant view the movie details??

the new app loads so slow for every click and cannot process online payment properly. when I need to enter the one-time passcode, I need to check my sms. However, the app reloads and goes back to the 1st page when I get back, and my transaction then fails......

this is the most user unfriendly app they could have made, the moment u leave the screen even to check the bank code for a successful transaction, it will refresh the whole page and one can practically never buy a ticket here.
