With this app, you can find your next recycling pickup day, report complaints to the City and stay connected to your City government. This app was designed to allow self service into the 311 operations of the City of Cincinnati (Cincy). Formerly (FixItCincy!)

Features include the ability to:

•View service dates and set reminders for trash and recycling days
•Locate and report problems by address
•Use GPS technology to report issues even when you don't know the address (GPS has to be enabled on your phone)
•Track the status of your complaints
•Save your contact information – you only have to enter it once – so you won’t have to fill out an entirely new form every time
•Browse a searchable map or aerial image of Cincinnati with address information

Ratings and reviews

I only just downloaded the app it is a fresh install. When I try and use the map to pick a location for the service request it doesn't do anything. It shows some cross hair pointer, but doesn't let you pick the location. So I can't point out the intersection. Tried clicking on buildings nearby, nothing as well. How am I to identify the problem intersection of the map feature for doing that won't let me pick anything?

App used to work albeit slowly. Now it crashes at the point of submission. No response from several e-mails to app support. Will change rating if they fix this.

Can't Post Photos. App crashes when trying to take photo. Selecting gallery does nothing. All permissions enabled. Reinstalled, same issues.
