Problems occured when i try to open the apps on Dec 30. After i try to re install, and fix the problem at the teller, it still doesn't work. Keep asking me to input 6 digit that not came. Please fix the problem. Before updated it seems better and no problem at all.

I often found some problems with the system. Fail to open the app, fail to make some transactions n I have to try later after for hours. I think digi must improve the service.

I tried to clear cache, data, and even uninstall the app but still there's no otp, do I really have to waste my time by calling the Customer Service for the simplest thing you could have fixed in the very first place? This can't be real.
