CrewCall is an additional application within VesselWatch, allowing users to request assistance from crew members. The system utilises mobile devices to create a stylish call button and notifies the crew through their Digital Mobile Radio’s [DMR]. The crew can accept the request and the user is notified instantly that assistance is coming and more importantly who is attending.
