Like a news feed that's dependent on what Sheriff posts/uploads. I had a problem signing up to receive notifications (said I was out of jurisdiction), so I emailed ITsimple support, and they were promt to respond. They corrected a settings issue on the Sheriff’s side of the MySheriff profile. They also kept the local sheriff updated via email on my issue and their corrective action taken. The app is like a basic city website and social media platform, but for just your sheriff (expen$ive/mo.)

Thank you for taking the time to correct your initial review. Customer service is important to us. Unlike social media, MySheriff doesn't require registration, collect personal information. It enables anonymous crime tip or concern submission and complementing a website with proactive push notifications that reach citizens wherever they are.

Notifications were broken, but I contacted support and they fixed it within a couple of days. The staff was eager to fix problem and reacted quickly.

Everything is set to push notifications, but I do not receive them . I like nixie a lot better because it worked.
