Since the new update logging in does not work. It's making me reregister but isn't accepting any info provided. Update: got logged in after long headaches. It's frustrating that the update forced re-registering and it wasn't called out in the release notes.

Ever since I got wic during covid (since october 2020), I could never log in, I'm uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it keeps coming up that the household ID is not valid. I've checked and re-checked multiple times. It's very frustrating to have to call each month to remember how much formula or baby food I can get for each of my twins since they arent on the same level yet. I've contacted wic and they told me to uninstall and reinstall and no other help..IT JUST DOESNT WORK for me!

Thank you for taking time to review the app. We apologize for the inconvenience. To better research this issue, we will need more information including Household ID and card number. Could you please reach out to your Local WIC agency, and have them contact the Minnesota WIC Helpdesk with this information to troubleshoot this issue?

Its okay and not okay. It would be nice to have a bar code to scan within the app rather than carrying the card around. Sometimes I don't have the card and it's a nuisance to have to go dig for it. Better to have everything in the app so when I'm grocery shopping I can shop comfortably and not have to worry about carry that plastic card.

Thank for your feedback. Currently, Federal WIC regulations don’t support the ability to use mobile apps for purchases. However, we do hope this will change in the future.
