Ratings and reviews

I think that the app is not user friendly for shoppers. For example, when I press refund, they exchange my item for a different item. Also, the reciept on the application doesn't match the paper reciepts I have been receiving from the stores. Also, searching for things is hard. It shows more options when I open categories like "meat" or "snacks".

The highest margins over products. cucumbers, for example, are 0.85 JDs/KG from Talabat, but it's 0.99 JDs/KG from Basket. Their markup is over 25% on some products, not to mention very high service and delivery fees, especially when compared to other apps. I've been using this app for years, but now it's not usable. I'm cancelling this app from my mobile.

I'm extremely disappointed with this app. It constantly crashes and closes, making it impossible for me to even navigate the service. It's incredibly frustrating, and I'm sorry for you.
