hard to copy paste information into the app, user interface is not intuitive, every time I try to click on register a tenant the app crashes, setting up a payment method is difficult since I only get one tab and had to screenshot/write down the information on the previous page. no option to just access on a website on my computer. overall this app is very frustrating.

App crashes on opening. Can no longer use it. Please send e-mail when it's working again. I had to uninstall the app. Update: 21 Jul 2020. Downloaded app again. After logging in to the app and selecting my property, the app crashes. Try again. Still doesn't work. Uninstalling.

Your most recent update has caused the app to no longer open. It immediately crashes, closes out as soon as you click it to open it. I have uninstalled completely and reinstalled the app multiple times since your newest update. Please fix immediately. If your intent is to no longer keep this app, please notify users and the HOA so that it will no longer be advertised to make payments on it or to check our accounts on it. Thank you
