Pretty great, was able to see my grandparents on video call, and it's simple for them to use. However, pictures have suddenly disappeared that were posted throughout the week?? Idk if admins can delete pictures and comments or something, but suddenly it's saying people who previously had pictures up, have "no photos yet". Other than that it works fine.

My mom loves her grandpad and the app makes it easier for me to stay connected to her as we are in different states. My issue is the app used to ring to my phone prior to sending a text notification. Lately I only get a text message after the call is disconnected the call no longer pops up on my phone first. Worked great up until about 2 weeks ago. Not sure what happened.

A great means of communication between loved ones, near and far. Being able to video chat was especially helpful for our dad to feel closer to us, and vice versa. Nice that it can be programmed with games and a playlist of one's favorite music. Having a way to share photos that allows for a continuous slideshow when wanted, is another wonderful feature. Highly recommended to others.
