App is unreliable; seems like when something goes wrong, everything else breaks, even the messaging system. the messaging bot does not even load properly now, only shows a "content could not be loaded" error when trying to open chat.

I needed to enable roaming but all I can see is my broadband and no mobile plans at all. It's not showing up in app nor on the web login. The mobile option is missing. I don't know if it was an app problem or that the app is simply reflecting a problem from my account. End up, I had to forgo roaming and sign up for something else. I hope it gets resolved soon.

Hi, please try a pull-to-refresh on the account list screen by pulling down and releasing. This should refresh and show all accounts. If the mobile accounts are still missing, log out and back in. If the issue remains, email us at app@myrepublic.net.

Both my broadband and phone bill is linked to one account. sometimes when I want to make bill payment via the app, tend to have issue where it's not showing the other. if my recent activity was paying for the broadband bill, the next time when I want to switch to phone, it's just not there. it states there can pull to refresh is noticed missing account, but sometimes it takes several tries to get that. and by several I mean through out my working hours I have to keep checking on it and try.
