Having to revise my review. Lowering my rating down to a one star because this app is pretty worthless. The only page that is available to view is the list of holidays throughout the year. No calendar of when they'll pick up glass or recycle or anything else, just the calendar for the holidays. Not useful at all anymore. And I see their only response is to have users contact them directly. Why? Are you going to send a working app to those that do? How about just fixing it for everyone.

Very useful app! I haven't noticed any ads so that's a huge plus. I definitely needed the reminders from this app to put my bin out the night before pick up day, you can use this app to look at the collection schedule, there's a "waste wizard" to search where to dispose of unsure items and schedule bulk item pick ups, pay your bill and probably other stuff I haven't discovered yet. I hope it doesn't change. Highly recommend this 👍🏻

Simple app. It does what it has to. I would like it better if Waste Connections would process payments promptly, not three days later. Everybody else manages to process payments within a few minutes.I don't understand why it is a problem for this company. I do appreciate the notifications the night before garbage day, letting us know what is being picked up the following day. Customer service has always been very helpful and polite. It's easy to have large items picked up...spendy though.
