I have tried all I can to sign up on this app to no avail. It doesn't open at all. I send a complain to the support team email address and for the past 2 weeks now no response from you. It's irritating. Kindly fix this issue of not allowing people access to your app. If it's intentional done for people to lose their oex mine then you have to think otherwise.

I updated the app during the update before this and my assets disappear. I just updated again to see if it will automatically pop up my asset but still same story. I need my $COME, $WEN and $PUMP back please. Kindly help work on resolving this and let me know what I need to do from my end to have my asset intact. Thanks in anticipation

We all are aware the app is still at beta stage which means it has not gone live, and that's why we still have the long testnet still in the app, but I want to implore the developers to see to this big which is whenever I try to check for my oex balance the app closes automatically.
