The My Travel Insurance App features easy access to your travel insurance details and online claims portal and allows you to read what is and is not included in the Policy Wording. Enjoy everything you need at your fingertips including access to our online claims portal, emergency numbers and travel advice.

Ratings and reviews

Absolutely useless app. Do not waste your time. Unable to log in as it is repeatedly unable to find my policy. Have emailed for assistance at least twice and never had a response. Thanks Allianz for the really poor customer service.

I should have trusted the other reviews and saved myself the time! At the login screen I enter the details (checked and double-checked), click the "Log In" button and it just sits forever at "Logging In...". No errors, nothing, it just hangs. I've tried on Wifi and 5G.

I initially gave the app the follow ing review with a 1 rating "Rubbish.... i have emailed them explaining the many faults but still it doesnt work..." But they have fixed the issues and a recent claim was easily submitted via the app and i had excellent communication so i couldnt leave the rating and review as it was because it did not reflectvthe reality now. Well done for the improvement... thank you 🌝
