As prepaid users, we need proper low-balance alerts outside the app. Even with notifications turned on, the alerts stay inside the app and don’t pop up on our phone. It’s hard to keep checking the app just to know when to recharge. Please add real external notifications.

Useless app the balance doesn't update for many days. It keeps on showing the same balance nor showing the consumption rate per day. The app suddenly works after a few weeks and the balance starts showing in negative, that's clearly cheating....what is the use of this app if we can't check our consumption rate.

I am a consumer of the “My Bijli” app. I contacted customer service regarding an issue related to my electricity account, but their response was completely unsatisfactory. The customer service representative did not attempt to understand or resolve my problem. Instead, they simply said, “Recharge your electricity, it’s your wish, you can recharge through any app.” Such behavior is highly unprofessional and against customer service standards.
