It's very pretty and simple looking. The font is easy to read but for someone who isn't used to a lot of options, it may look a bit hectic. It was easy to transfer funds. The process of setting up one's account might look a bit sketchy but these are things that are needed to verify one's account so I do not mind.

UPDATE: I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and also emailed Member Services at the address below. So thanks for nothing. How hard is it to unlock someone who is locked out of your system?** Wish I could give this no or negative stars. It's my second day without access and cannot re-enroll because of "too many attempts." I am getting nowhere with Member Services, that's if they don't hang up on me. If their system and call center are overwhelmed, then this is an example of poor planning by the Project Management team. I have not been able to do online banking for 5 days now. Thanks for screwing your members.

Good functionality, intuitive and reliable . 1st United took the time to have an employee (Adriana, she was great!) call me and walk me through a challenge I was having with the app. I appreciate that level of service. Challenges happen how we respond is the real test.
