It takes an hour to get from ARTIC to Disneyland on foot. That is still faster than using this service. Earlier this year I wanted to take it from one of the hotels to the park. The app said no departures scheduled, but would not let me use on demand. I started walking to the park, only to see the bus pull into the hotel stop five minutes later. Useless app, useless service.

I can't import my pass from the old app to the new one, only about half of the stops at Disneyland actually show up on the app, and only about 1/4 of routes can be created in the trip planner, and even then, only if you select the stop and not current location or typing it in. App is worse than useless, it actively makes it harder to plan your day or trip.

The whole point of public transit is to get people where they need to go, and reduce emissions by enabling mass transit. This app seems to go out of its way to make both those goals as difficult as possible, by displaying blank screens, "no routes available" and barely any location data. You guys are APTA members, you should know how to make a proper app and service offering. I work for another transit agency in a different state and this is pitiful.
