Ratings and reviews

Currently dealing with an issue where the top navigation bar overlaps text and messages between screens. for instance, my credit card was entered indirectly and I could barely make out the error message after I tried to submit. I could see older folks thinking their payments went through because the error is covered by the top navigation. This also impacts scrolling. Otherwise, this is a very convenient app.

Ii would give this app a 2 star rating but I find it very useful in terms of messaging/communicating with my doctors. The app works most of the times except when it doesn't. It won't remember me despite being confirmed to remember me. The biometric login feature hardly ever appears unless there is some secret code of the universe which clicks into place and....there it is! You can't delete old notifications, I've tried and you can't clean up your landing page.

I'm using this because I need to, but it's clearly an unfinished app. Not ready for release. I'm constantly having to close, kill, and restart because the Back button does nothing. Many pages have important inforamtion or buttons hidden behind my phone's soft buttons, making it impossible to move forward. This is mobile dev 101 stuff, guys. Hire me to fix it for you.
