Ratings and reviews

Very basic and some small basic functionalities don't even work. As an example, if you set a favourite recipient for transfers and then want to apply for future one's the fields are never filled with the information, so setting a favourite is useless on the app. There's also little information, the look is outdated, general bugs are frequent. If you're looking for a digital friendly bank BIG is not an option, you can tell that this is not their priority and it doesn't seem that will change.

Very basic functionalities. Has 2 major bug. 1- When making a transfer always comes back to login screen without allowing the save of the transfer receipt. it also happens with payments. 2- When making a transfer, it does not save the recipient account even if we select to save. Thankfully I have another bank account where I do my usual stuff. Even for trading its very limited and not use friendly. This is really basic and not recommended.

Keep improving it. Good app. Functional, simple, good layout. Carry on with further improvements
