Using Move ride is very easy, here’s how it works;

- Download the app and create an account
- The app will request you to enter your destination and choose your pick up location
- You will see your driver and vehicle details, and track their arrival at the pickup location through the map
- After the ride, you will be able to pay through the app, you can rate our drivers and the service in general.
- You will receive your receipt via email and SMS notification

It's been a while without using this app and i have changed my nbr and I can't remember it however when I sign up they are telling me that I already have account which requires to use the old address which I can't remember.Please handle this issue otherwise it is frustrating

The app does not work, I can only select destination and the apps keeps loading that's the far I can go. It's been a year since I had the app no updates.

The app sucks. It keeps loading endlessly. Unable to delete my account. Terrible customer care. They never reply to querries.
