Ratings and reviews

Often app is getting down. Things are not getting syncing properly between UMS and this app. Loading time of this app, is too long. Still there is no dark mode, which is a basic necessary feature for me. Whole University is dependent on this app, but still not well maintained. Getting different types of bugs in every phone.

It's not working properly I am trying to open my account but it doesn't open and I have a strong of 5g so that's a problem it's not opening for a week I keep trying but it's just not opening it's just buffering when I am trying to open

This app is totally broke. Upon clicking on document submission, it gets stuck on loading screen even after the new update. This app is slow and dead.
