The app works ok. Sometimes it loses connectivity with the unit. Logging out and logging in usually fixes that, but I've noticed lately that the sign out button does nothing when I click on it. The app has gone from working 100% of the time to 50% of the time.

CAN'T GET PAST FIRST SCREEN. ENDLESS LOOP OF SENDING/RESENDING VERIFICATION EMAIL THAT NEVER COMES. Not sure why companies like BaseAire and Aloraire claim WIFI capability then produce a poorly designed nonfunctioning app. We all paid the additional $50+ for the WIFI connectivity but have been ripped off once again by Chinese companies. They must think we're stupid...not any longer!

Poor performance. Paid more for app connectivity, app is basically worthless.
