About this app

i-SPEED by VNNIC (i-SPEED) is an application to measure Internet access speed in Vietnam, built and developed by Vietnam Internet Center (VNNIC) under the Ministry of Information and Communications.


i-SPEED application helps Vietnamese Internet users to self-test and evaluate Internet access speed through parameters: download speed (Download), upload speed (Upload), latency (Ping, Jitter).

i-SPEED honestly reflects the user's Internet access speed measurement results. Measurement data will contribute and support the management agency for construction, infrastructure development and Internet services in Vietnam; improve service quality of Internet service providers; protect user rights.

It's actually pretty good. Clear info. It would be great if it can tell me why does it require access permission to my phone. Also, I would like to know which data centre it receives and sends data to.

App cannot run test with WiFi 5G. Its response connection error when using wifi 5G.

App can not find the test point and does not run
