NOTHING in this app works! Everything is an error. We have been coming to Westgate for YEARS (we are owners since 2009) and now this app is the only way to see the movies that are playing and what time and what activities are happening....but the app does NOT work to show you these things. Super frustrating! What is wrong with the printed paper!?!?!?!

I had downloaded this app once a couple of months ago. First time ever using this app, too. It worked for a few days, but then I went to use it and it would close out right away. I would get a notification that it has bugs. So I uninstalled it. I reinstalled today so that I could use it to check into our stay, check other messages, etc. It still doesn't work. Very frustrated.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APPThis app is still far from satisfactory. It gives off the impression that Westgate rushes to create features without proper testing or consideration. One of the most annoying aspects is its tendency to keep running in the background until manually stopped. Unlike other apps that halt activity when you exit them, this one persists, consuming unnecessary resources and draining battery life. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this app until significant improvements

What's new

There are some major updates to the Westgate Resorts Mobile App! Here's what's new:
-Bug fix to correct notification display. Newer notifications now appear above older notifications, but all are displayed for users.
-Notification selection issue now fixed. Selected notifications seamlessly take users to corresponding webpages
