App does not load past the welcome image. First app that I've installed that hangs my phone. I have cleared app cache, and also tried reinstalling thrice, to no avail. Serious issues I need dealing with and the app doesn't even work is a very unpleasant experience. I would recommend to deal with better application developers than the current one being used ASAP by decision makers. Should not be a reason to ruin the opulent experience that Dubai is known for.

I tried installing the app on 2 different devices and still did not work. It displays an error message "service is down" or "network error" despite my network being fine. Randomly freezes so you have to repeat any request you've put.

Long loading time on strat up, and search and login and navigation... etc. After all you wont get the search results 😑. Very bad experience.
